Rajasthan Government emphasis on taking a holistic view of e-Governance initiatives across the State and departments, integrating them into a collective vision and a shared cause. One more step towards compliance with the e-Governance vision of the State, a common platform named - Rajasthan Payment Platform - has been developed to take care all payments (other than treasury) and disbursement needs of Government Departments and PSU’s under the aegis of Government of Rajasthan. Rajasthan Payment Platform (RPP) is integrated with Banks, Mobile Wallets, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI and Bharat QR service providers for smooth electronic & mobile payments.
RPP facilitates departments and PSU’s for two way electronic payments. Residents can pay taxes, utility bills, fees etc. to concerned department with complete flexibility of payment mode of their choice (facility to be given on concerned department’s website or application). Similarly, departments can disburse funds to beneficiaries, vendors and others in a seamless and integrated way.

All department using services of RPP will get following advantages over direct integration with any bank or payment gateway -
No, you do not have to open a new account with any bank to avail collection or Disbursement service on Rajasthan Payment Platform.
In Collection Segment, department will get credit of all funds directly in their designated bank account (which already exists with them). However it is recommended to have bank account in scheduled commercial bank
In disbursement services, major 55+ banks operating in state are already part of RPP system so department having account in these bank will get on-boarded immediately otherwise new bank need to be integrated with RPP system to make account operational for disbursement of funds.
The security and confidentiality of your personal and financial information is of utmost importance to us. To prevent unauthorized access and ensure the appropriate use of information, RPP has put in place appropriate procedures to safeguard all personal information that RPP collects online.
Further RPP is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This ensures that your account numbers, personal data and other online information exchange at RPP are never sent over the Internet unencrypted and cannot be viewed by un-authorized individuals. Your data resides in the RPP database and is protected by a firewall. This firewall is configured to receive and process requests only from authorized personnel and can detect any unauthorized activity.
In addition, processes and operations at RPP are designed to identify and control risks. These are in the form of different management and reporting control measures such as authorization controls and segregation of conflicting responsibilities. All these measures ensure that at RPP you have the safest and most secure experience that you can get anywhere.
You can start and use RPP services in three simple steps, as described below –
Step 1: Submission of filled-in forms for onboarding
NOTE: If your bank account is of “State bank of India” and you are willing to use services offered by “SBI e-Pay”, submit duly filled and signed copy of 3 additional forms (RPP Collection - Merchant Information Form-MIF, RPP Collection - Technical Information Security Format (TIF) Form, RPP-Collection - Form C-VSCC) available in download section.
NOTE: If your bank account is of “State bank of India”, for the first time, department need to submit duly filled and signed copy of “SBI Common Application cum Registration Form (Annex-1)” available in download section. Only after receipt of this copy, SBI will be able to register department in their CMP (Disbursement) product.
Step 2: Signing of Agreement.
Department need to sign an agreement with RajCOMP Info Services Ltd. A separate agreement need to be signed for collection and disbursement services.
Step 3: Technical Integration
After completion of above two steps, department need to do needful technical solution integration (Collection or Disbursement Service Integration).
